- Bad Lazarus Review added: 2018.08.22★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Appauling behaviour from the service reception - firstly they they said they couldn't find my service appointment in their booking system but when I opened my email to find my appointment confirmation, there was already an email confirming that they had cancelled it while they were telling me there wasn't one. So they lied about the appointment but couldn't cover their tracks for cancelling it. They then said they had no parts for the recall or the repair that was supposed to be done. Why didn't they just call me to say that instead of wasting my time and fuel to drive all the way over there and lie about the appointment and tell me they didn't have the parts for the job. That is the behaviour of charletons!
I'll be looking for a dealership that's honest and up-front about what's going on and knows what they're doing!
