  Disgusted with this salon and Very disappointed with the service wouldn't go again. The staff talk rudely about clients as soon as they've left infront of other customers. I witnessed this when I took my daughter in for the first time. I didn't like that I thought and could have been one of those customers, but didn't make it to my next appointment as I was told not to come in due to no one wanting to do my massage for me. I was offered no reason why and hardly any notice. called 20mins prior to my appointment time after waking up early, sorting kids backpacks to drop my children at my mums (who stays the other side of Glasgow). I was looking forward to an hour of relaxing and having abit of me time and done a lot of preparation the day before just for to be told 20 mins before my appointment to come another time. Some of us can't just come on a whim and shouldn't be treated so disrespectfully as I was when I explained this to the woman on the phone she offered no compassion and didn't care one bit. I should have been told atleast a couple of hours before if not the day before!!! Terrible communication and horrible attitude towards customers. Never saw a salon who disgraces other customers infront of other people totally shocked and won't be going again !!!!
