Upon pick-up in Edinburgh the member of staff was not only rude but pressured us into purchasing an insurance plan on the spot. I felt uncomfortable and under pressure. Upon returning the vehicle there were two tiny scratches on one of the front wheels that WOULDN'T EVEN SHOW UP IN A PHOTO. They charged us for the excess we were pressured to take out a week earlier (funny that!), with no communication from them, just a bill in the mail a month later. When we rang they pretended not to know anything about it ("Oh did no one get back to your guys?"). There was never any option to bring in our own means of evaluation. Absolute crooks, never ever rent from them.
