- Steven Lowe Review added: 2018.02.18★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This firm is a disgrace, they took over £1000 for an engine that I never received, I phoned them over 30 times with different lies every time, they never called me back to resolve even though they promised they would. I was assured of a refund and over 2 months after paying them by a debit card they say they have not received any money!! I have proof they received it but they refuse to give it me back. I am now faced with taking them to court. Avoid at all costs they are very unprofessional and just want your money. I eventually got a vat reciept after around 6 weeks after may phone calls asking for one but it had no vat number on it, my youngest child could of produced it. The payment was paid to mallbay even though I was not aware of this at point of sale. It is a sham and I warn people not to spend any money with them as I might not be the only one. If I could of given them a no star rating I would and even that would be too much.
